AMPTEC 620EH Intrinsically Igniter Tester Ohmmeter
The AMPTEC 620EH Intrinsically Safe Failsafe Igniter Tester Ohmmeter was specifically designed for ultra-safe testing on squibs, flares, bridge-wire, and other explosive Pyrotechnic devices. The 620EH meets mid-range resistance requirements and offers a fail-safe current limiting resistor network circuitry to ensure test currents cannot exceed 8 mA. This 620EH was derived from the USAF Non-Nuclear Munitions Safety Board approved AMPTEC 620A-4 Igniter Tester Ohmmeter design. It is independently certified to meet Mil. Std. 810 Mtd. 511 for usage in fuel-laden volatile fumes environments thus creating a product line that is the industry standard in igniter/polytechnic/ordinance device testing.
