AUTOMATIC TRANSFORMER TEST SYSTEM
Incredibly Simple Operation yet Highly Accurate
The Vitrek V5435 Series Transformer Analyzers are designed to allow manufacturers of chokes and transformers to increase product quality and production yield. These transformer analyzers are ideally suited for testing various types of magnetic products in small, medium and large batches. They are specially designed for the production environment to provide comprehensive testing using non-skilled labor. The increased test speeds result in reduced costs and dramatic increases in throughput and yields by justifying and permitting 100% testing.
Designed for Production Testing
The Programmable V5435 Series Precision Transformer Testers provides 20 independent test channels for faster and more efficient production transformer testing. The large LCD graphic display is accommodated with a pass/fail LED indicator and has an internal speaker for manual continuity checks. Its improved technology allows it to format up to 6 numeric digits. The versatile I/O interface has a RS-232, printer and remote control port for application programming. The V5435s additionally offer optional Multi-link solution software for a more straight-forward intuitive operation. The tester includes a CE Mark Compliance safety regulation.

Vitrek’s 5435 Transformer Analyzers are high performance, fully automatic test systems that integrates a precision inductance analyzer with a high speed switching matrix. This total test solution will help to reduce cost of testing, increase productivity, improve your delivery times and the product’s quality. Standard twenty (20) pin test fixtures are available.
The system provides a special open / short trim technology which can correct the fixture interference automatically. This feature improves the system’s accuracy up to instrument grade level. The powerful functions and fixture designs permits rapid, accurate measurement of various transformer parameters in one test pass without the need to manually re-configure test connections. The operator needs only to follow a simple PASS/FAIL indicator to distinguish the parameter status of the DUT.
Test Fixtures for All Occasions
Each of the V5435 Series Wound Magnetic Analyzers is supplied initially with a pneumatic test fixture. A manually operated test fixture may be substituted at time of order at no additional cost. There is a wide variety of test heads that may be utilized with either type of test fixture.
