Credit Card payments are our preferred method of conducting business. Purchase orders with proper credit credentials are acceptable and upon credit approval will be processed. The terms are Net 21 days from date of invoice. Freight is FOB San Diego or from point of shipment for all shipments. Our standard shipping method is UPS surface.

General Warranty Policy

Instek test equipment is warranted against manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years* with the exclusion of handheld instruments – one year warranty. Instek reserves the right to repair or replace all such defective products. Products must be returned to Instek with transportation charges prepaid and Instek will cover return shipping back to the customer only within the USA. All return products must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice and a return authorization (RMA) number. (This warranty does not apply to batteries, fuses and test leads or probes)

Note: Instek GDS-800 and GDS-2000 series DSO has a warranty period of three years. LCD Display is warranted for one year.

Return Policy

You may return or exchange an Instek Test Equipment item within three (3) days from date of receipt for a 15% restocking charge. Special Order items are not returnable. Please call Instek Customer Service at (909) 591-8358 for pre-approval to return an item and to obtain an RMA number. Items can be returned only if in original packaging and shipping cartons along with any/all of the accessories. Where possible please place the instrument in its original carton and then place that assemblage into an appropriate shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to Instek freight prepaid and insured along with a copy of the sales invoice. ATEquip cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.Note: RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER
