GW Instek GPM-8212 AC POWER METER ~ DIGITAL WATTMETER
The GW Instek GPM-8212 AC Power Meter ~ Digital Wattmeter is a very powerful engineering/production tool used for measuring and computing various parameters of power consumption associated with devices deriving power when connected to the AC power mains. The GPM-8212 is a modern design utilizing the high-speed sampling and calculation functions associated with a 16-bit CPU microprocessor which combine to accurately measure the parameters of a 50 to 400Hz AC sine waveform. In addition to the basic essential measurement functions of AC Voltage, AC Current, AC Power, Power Factor(cos Ǿ), and Frequency, the GPM-8212 accommodates PT/CT* ratio setting, displays True RMS values, features Min/Max hold, range selecting, auto-ranging and etc. Four parameters are displayed simultaneously as an operator convenience. RS-232 is optionally available for remote calibration and control.
*PT/CT are Potential Transformers and Current Transformers that are typically used to ratio step-down the magnitude of these parameters. A complete line of these products are available from AEMC through ATEquip.com and may be viewed on this website.
