The Instek GDM-8255/8251s are the premier jewels in Instek's proud crown of royal instruments. They are portable, dual-display, high resolution, highly accuracy Digital Multimeters (DMMs) featuring full- scale counts of 199,999 and 120,000 respectfully. With 4-wire Kelvin measure technology and the extremely bright VFD display, along with countless other features, these DMMs offerunparlled performance like 0.0005% and 0.00083% measurement resolution respectively while providing a DCV accuracy 0.012%(GDM-8255). Unique performance features offers benefits such as 4-wire Kelvin measurement technology, special simple calibration designed-in capability that combine with a high contrast, extremely bright VFD display, to represent the world’s best performance, most user friendly DMM never before available for the concentrated value offered by these two DMMs..
Instek’s GDM-8255/8251 incorporates an extensive list of measurement capabilities including:
ACV ~ DCV~ ACA ~ DCA ~ R~ Hz~ACV + Hz~ DCV + dBm~ ACV + dBm ~ DCV + ACV ripple and dBm. Addition features include Continuity Beeper, Diode Test, REL, Dual display, Max/Min, Hold, Relative value and Compare. The GDM-8251 and GDM-8255 are ideally suited for a wide range of applications, such as production testing, research, and field verification.
Calibration of these DMMs is simple and easy. The calibration key feature along with the free software enable users to employ a straight forward approach to calibrate the GDM-8255/8251 in an effective manner.
The USB, RS-232C and 9-pin digital I/O interface are included as standard features, while the optional GPIB interface and 16 channel scanner x2 are also available for ATE applications.
