Crystal Engineering's CrystalCalXP is a portable Pressure Gauge and Transmitter Calibration System that is 7 to 10 times faster than a Dead Weight Tester (DWT). The CrystalCalXP allows you to do a 10 point up and down calibration in less than 3 minutes including printing out a calibration certificate.

Crystal CrystalCalXP Precision Hydraulic Pressure Generator

The self-contained Crystal CrystalCalXP pressure comparator is a precision hydraulic pressure generator intended for the calibration of pressure gauges rated up to 700 bar or 10,000 PSI.

Dual Pressure Ports Provide for Pressure Gauge Comparison
Two pressure ports are provided with the Crystal CrystalCalXP pressure comparator. Connect a reference grade gauge on one port (we recommend an XP1i) and the gauge to be tested on the second port. Rotate the handle clockwise until the desired pressure is generated. Then, compare the displayed pressure values between the reference gauge and the gauge under test.

Ten (10) Point Pressure Gauge Calibration in Less than 10 Minutes
Pressure can be set very quickly and precisely with the Crystal CrystalCalXP pressure comparator. Gauges can be calibrated in less than ten minutes with this pressure comparator - 5 to 10 test points, increasing and decreasing pressure. The Crystal CrystalCalXP pressure comparator can be filled with your choice of fluid: water, oil, or isopropyl alcohol.

Faster than Dead Weight Testers(DWT) or Automated Pressure Controllers

Crystal CrystalCalXP pressure comparator calibrators are much, much faster to use than a deadweight tester. They're also faster than most automated pressure controllers but cost much less than either a DWT or a pressure controller. The Crystal CrystalCalXP pressure comparator is so quick and easy to use, it's ideal to calibrate most types pressure gauges for proof of ISO9000 compliance.
