Meggers Offer Safe Measurement of Insulation Resistance
The new Biddle MIT300-EN Series Meggers are Insulation Resistance and Continuity MEGGER testers that are easy to use and additionally incorporate a comprehensive set of features designed to ensure operator safety, even under conditions of accidental misuse. The Biddle Megger Models MIT300-EN, MIT310-EN, MIT310-ENA, MIT320-EN, MIT330-EN were designed for and is rapidly becoming the working man’s standard for measuring Insulation Resistance and low resistance continuity.
MIT300-EN Series Offers Insulation Resistance to 1GΩ
The MIT300-EN, MIT310-EN, MIT310-ENA, MIT320-EN and MIT330-EN provide Insulation Resistance measurement capability up to 1000MΩ(1GΩ), 200mA test current for Earth Continuity Testing, a fast-reacting, threshold adjustable continuity buzzer, and a means for correcting for the resistance of the test leads. The entry-level MIT300-EN offers insulation test voltages of 250V and 500V, while the remaining models allow testing at 250V, 500V and 1,000V.
Voltage Measurements to 600VAC
In addition to the basic features, the mid-range priced Biddle Megger Models MIT300-EN, MIT310-EN, MIT310-ENA, MIT320-EN, MIT330-EN adds a default voltmeter function, while the MIT320-EN supplements these features with an a backlit display, an illuminated range panel, insulation limit alarm, resistance measurement, and an adjustable threshold for the continuity buzzer. The MIT320-EN is also supplied with a switched test probe to speed hands free testing.
DATA Storage for 99 Jobs
The MIT330-EN Megger has the ability to store and download test data for up to 99 jobs. Download software is included with the purchase of this model. The MIT310-EN and MIT320-EN testers incorporate dual solid-state displays that simultaneously show the test results digitally as well as in the form of a moving-arc bar graph that accurately simulates the operation of an analog meter.
Biddle MIT310-ENA Megger Features Analog Meter
All Megger Models come complete with a full NIST traceable calibration certificate. For users who prefer a true analog meter the MIT310A-EN Megger offers features similar to those of the MIT310-EN but with a conventional moving-coil meter movement in lieu of the digital display.
