Biddle MIT1020/2 10KV Meggers 
The new Biddle MIT1020/2 10KV Insulation Resistance Megger Tester is designed specifically to assist with the testing and maintenance of high voltage electrical equipment. The MIT1020/2 measures and displays Insulation Resistance to 35TΩ (Tera Ω), AC/DC Voltage, Insulation Leakage Current, Capacitance, displays Battery Charge Status and Test Voltage Discharge Time Constant. In addition, the elapsed time of the test is displayed continuously.
The MIT1020/2 measures to 35TΩ, replacing
the ambiguous “infinity” leading with an actual number
that can be used for predictive/preventive trending on the
highest quality insulation. The MIT1020/2 is supplied with test
leads with medium insulated clips. The MIT1020/2 has the
ability to set the test voltage from 50 V to the maximum
output voltage.
MIT1020/2 Built-in Timer
A built-in integral timer starts automatically at the
beginning of a test, and displays in minutes and seconds.
At the end of any test, capacitive loads are automatically
discharged and the decaying voltage displayed. The timer
enables the performance of an automatic IR test with the MIT1020/2.
Biddle's MIT1020/2 has Added Capability
The MIT1020/2 features the
capability of preprogrammed DAR, PI, SV and DD. The
MIT1020/2 additionally features an expanded test voltage range from 50 V
to 10 kV, in 10 V increments to 1 kV and 25 V increments
above, all the way to 10KV. The MIT1020/2 is supplied with two sets of test
leads, one with medium insulated clips and the other with
large insulated clips.
